Generational Group Relocating to CityLine
Generational Group LLC is relocating its Dallas-area headquarters from Dallas Parkway to CityLine in Richardson, TX. The middle-market investment banking firm is leasing 30,794 square feet at the 310,000-square-foot 3400 at CityLine at 3400 E. Renner Rd.
JLL’s Steve Thelen and Anissa Guerriere represented the tenant in the lease negotiation. Transwestern’s Nathan Durham, Paul Wittorf and Duane Henley represented the joint-venture ownership, consisting of Transwestern, Malouf Interests and UBS Asset Management.
“Generational Group’s new office provides a centralized location, tremendous accessibility for their employees and clients, and a wealth of amenities onsite and nearby,” Thelen said.
The 186-acre CityLine opened in 2015 as one of the largest mixed-use developments in North Texas. The project contains up to three million square feet of office space, 2,500 apartment units, 120,000 square feet of retail space and 32 single-family homes.
