GenCap Begins 350-Unit Sarah at Lake Houston

GenCap Partners Inc. broke ground on The Sarah at Lake Houston, a 350-unit apartment complex in Humble, TX. The complex is being developed at 17810 W. Lake Houston Pkwy. in the far north Houston metro. The 17-acre site is adjacent to the Humble Independent School District’s Atascocita High School.

Oden Hughes Taylor Construction is the general contractor and JHP Architects the architect on the project. JLL’s Chris Bergmann Jr. represented Dallas-based GenCap in the land acquisition; Anne Vickery & Associates advised the undisclosed property seller.

Once completed in Q2 2020, The Sarah at Lake Houston will offer one, two and three-bedroom units, ranging from 560 to 1,616 square feet. Community amenities will include a club area, private party room, fitness center, dog park, resort-style pool and sun deck, lap pool, Biergarten and courtyard.

It’s time to register for this year’s Connect Texas Multifamily Conference on Aug. 15! For information and to register, click here.
