Gemini Rosemont Secures 91K-SF of Office Leases in Herndon

Real estate investment company Gemini Rosemont has signed three new long-term leases at Dulles View, a 360,045-square-foot office complex in Herndon, VA.

The three leases total 90,640 square feet and were signed with tenants ProCentrix, NTT DATA and LinQuest Corp. Business intelligence solutions firm ProCentrix signed a 23,478-square foot lease; technology solutions contractor LinQuest Corp. inked a 29,844-square-foot lease and IT services provider NTT Data signed a 37,318-square-foot lease. Dulles View is comprised of two office towers and is located at 2551 & 2553 Dulles View Drive in Herndon.

Tom Cresce, David Goldstein and Matt Owens of JLL represented property owner Gemini Rosemont in all three transactions. CBRE’s Meghan Walters and John DiCamilo handled negotiations on behalf of ProCentrix, Jack Schneider of The Tenant Agency represented LinQuest and Mike Maites of Scheer Partners represented NTT.
