Garrett Gilleland Joins HFF’s Austin Office

Land specialist Garrett Gilliland has joined HFF’s Austin office as an associate director. His main focus will be on land investment transactions throughout Central Texas and San Antonio. Gilleland previously worked with ARA Newmark, where he handled transactions for landowners and buyers. He also served a similar function while with CBRE. Gilleland received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas, and is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin and Urban Land Institute.

HFF’s Austin office continues to expand, according to that office’s Senior Managing Director and Co-Head, Sean Sorrell. “We view a land specialist such as Garrett as a critical component in our desire to provide our clientele comprehensive services for their investment needs,” he added.
