Flex Workspace Provider Knotel Expands in DC
Flexible workspace platform Knotel has announced several new locations in Washington D.C. The company will expand to space in the East End and Downtown submarkets.
Knotel’s newest location at 909 E Street spans 12,508 square feet of the entire 3rd and 4th floors of the building. Data and analytics tech company Premise Data will occupy the space. Mike Shuler and Morgan Monroe of Newmark Knight Frank represented Knotel in the transaction. Knotel plans to announce additional D.C. locations in the coming months.
“When considering our D.C. office needs, we saw it as an opportunity to make the space a competitive advantage to recruit and retain top talent in the market,” said Maury Blackman, CEO at Premise Data. “Knotel was a great partner for us, as they made move-in a seamless process for our employees, who are raving about the design of the space as well.”
