Fleet Management Nabs Acreage at Airtex Commerce

Fleet Management Co. acquired 9.2 acres at Airtex Commerce Center, Phase II, at 431 E. Airtex Dr. in Houston. The seller was Molto Properties, represented by Walker Barnett and Ryan Byrd of Colliers International. Glynn Mireles and Richard Warren with CBRE represented the buyer. The sales price was not disclosed.

Molto acquired the land site, which once totaled 20 acres, in 2014, with Generational Commercial Properties, an investor/developer based in Austin, TX. After developing a 166,250-square-foot facility on part of the site (Phase I), the extra land was marketed for sale and/or a build-to-suit opportunity.

Barnett and Byrd are also marketing the industrial building, located on the Houston metro’s far north side, on behalf of Molto Properties.
