Firstsource Healthcare Comes to Cypress Waters Complex

Colliers International’s office occupier services team has secured a 50,000-square-foot lease for Firstsource Healthcare in the 3100 Olympus office building located in The Sound at Cypress Waters, a mixed-use project on the south shore of North Lake in Coppell. The Dallas Morning News reported the space is a sublease from Nokia.

The move establishes a signature location for Firstsource, a leading provider of process management services for the healthcare industry, as it expands into DFW.

Colliers’ Mia Jarrell, Travis Ewert and Dylan Smith represented the tenant. Their colleagues Jihane Boury, Mary Stoner and Stephen Rury represented the sublandlord.

“Our team worked together to accommodate one of Colliers’ largest national clients in record time,” said Boury. “We were able to fast track this transaction in the middle of a pandemic and it took less than three months from proposal to letter of intent.”
