First Colorado Senior Cooperative Planned
Real Estate Equities Development LLC unveiled plans for its next Village Cooperative project, the first owner-occupied senior housing cooperative to be built in Colorado. The Eagan, MN-based developer will unveil specific details about the project, to be built in Fort Collins, in early June.
According to Keith Jans, president of Real Estate Equities Development, the company’s Village Cooperatives provide home ownership benefits without maintenance hassles. One and two-bedroom floor plans are available, with square footages ranging from 900-1,600 square feet of living space. An excellent selection of amenities is included with the homes, along with community areas, fitness center and underground heated parking.
Real Estate Equities Development has 26 Village Cooperative projects that are operating, under construction, or scheduled for construction in the next year, including one that just opened in Shawnee, KS.
