Financial Firm FMCG Will Relocate to 605 Third

Fisher Brothers has signed a full-floor lease with Deluxe Financial Services at 605 Third Ave. The 10-year lease gives FMCG Direct, a Deluxe Financial company, 21,229 square feet. It will relocate from 90 Park Ave. in the first quarter of 2019.

With the signing, Fisher Brothers has secured 280,000 square feet of leases since completing a $25- million capital improvement program here. Recent deals include 50,391 square feet for the Permanent Mission of Japan, and a 19,871-square-foot lease with the Turkish Consulate General.

“Our strong leasing momentum at 605 Third is a direct result of our efforts to provide a fully-modernized environment with progressive design and an expanded amenities program to our tenants,” said Fisher Brothers’ Ken Fisher.

FMCG was represented by Ryan Tibbits and Harry Krausman of Cushman and Wakefield. Fisher Brothers was represented in-house by Marc S. Packman and Clark Briffel, and by Cushman & Wakefield’s Andrew Ross.
