Ferhat Guven Joins Rubenstein Partners

Capital-raiser for real estate deals, Ferhat Guven, has joined the New York City offices of Rubenstein Partners as director of investor relations.

“Ferhat is the latest senior-level addition to the Rubenstein team, and we believe that his capital-raising experience will be a significant asset for us,” said David B. Rubenstein, founder of Rubenstein Partners.

Guven previously worked at Threadmark, the U.S. arm of a U.K.-based placement agent. He also founded Altitude Advisors, where he raised capital for a variety of direct real estate strategies. Before that, he worked with Jamestown, Paladin Realty Partners and UBS, with postings in various parts of the U.S., Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.
