Fenton Logistics Center Adds Two More Tenants

U.S. Capital Development has added two more tenants at its speculative redevelopment of a former Chrysler assembly plant in Fenton, MO. In what’s the first St. Louis-area warehouse deal for both, the tenants have leased a total of just under 100,000 square feet at USCD’s Fenton Logistics Center.

Skin Specialty Solutions will take 58,080 square feet at Fenton Logistics Park I, bringing the 159,950-square-foot spec warehouse to 100% leased. The tenant, which incorporated earlier this year, is expected to take occupancy in February 2019.

Dallas-based Nexius Solutions, which also anticipates a February 2019 move-in, has signed up for 51,772 square feet. The deal brings Fenton Logistics II to 77% leased.

CBRE’s Jon Hinds and Katie Haywood represented USCD. Skin Specialty Solutions was represented by Hal Ball at Hillker Corporation; Block Hawley’s Jeff Hawley and Brandon Duncan represented Nexius.

Formerly known as KP Development, USCD acquired the Chrysler site in 2014.
