FCP Snags Douglasville Apartments for $20M

Privately-held real estate investment company FCP has acquired Brookview Apartments, a 216-unit apartment community in Atlanta’s Douglasville submarket. The sales price was $20 million.

Located at 8460 Hospital Drive, the property is nearby two other FCP-owned apartment communities Stewarts Mill and Place at Midway. The community features one, two and three-bedroom floorplans with community amenities that include a grilling area, dog park, playground, pool and business center. Residents have access to retail amenities in the immediate neighborhood, including a walkable Kroger across the street.

Chris Lyon of Cushman & Wakefield’s Southeast Multifamily Advisory Group represented FCP in the acquisition. The seller was not disclosed.
