Connect is coming to Austin! Learn more here.

Construction is underway on a series of freeway fronting pad sites in the 89-acre Grand Morton Town Center in Katy, TX. Specifically, Jerry Kachel Builder Inc. will soon begin construction on a 29,815-square-foot ground-leased pad site for Taco Bell, while BE & DE Construction will be going north on a 67,894-square-foot pad site. The restaurants will open in late summer 2017 at SH 99 and Morton Ranch Road.

Also coming on line by the end of the year will be Whataburger and Chick-Fil-A, which have ground leased 42,574 square feet and 59,699 square feet, respectively. Their pad sites front Grand Parkway.

Grand Morton Town Center is being developed by NewQuest Properties, and will total 600,459 square feet upon buildout. The regional retail project has a perimeter ringed with 16 pad sites for dining, banking and retail tenants. Josh Friedlander and Rebecca Le with NewQuest have leased seven pad sites, to date.
