Farfetch Relocates West Coast HQ to The Bloc

London-based Farfetch leased roughly 25,000 square feet of office space at The Bloc in DTLA. The fashion e-tailer plans to occupy the 30th floor of the 33-story office tower in a move that reflects a vision to bring together design, technology and creative-class offices under one roof.

The mixed-use asset is owned by The Ratkovich Company, National Real Estate Advisors and Blue Vista Capital Management. The final stages of a more than $250 million redevelopment of the 720,000-square-foot property are underway.

The Ratkovich Company’s Wayne Ratkovich says, “Farfetch is the perfect addition to the roster of creative tenants that we have at The Bloc.”

Cresa’s James Hooks represented tenant, while CBRE’s Chris Penrose represented the landlord.

Other creative companies to call The Bloc home include: DLR Group, Golin, Nordstrom’s HauteLook, KPFF, Levin & Associates, Media Alpha, Studio One Eleven and Krug Furniture.
