Faraday Future Revs Up $1B Plant on 940 Acres Near Vegas
Dirt work has begun on 940 acres just north of Las Vegas. Once the land has been prepped, Faraday Future will launch construction of a 3-million-square-foot, $1 billion electric vehicle manufacturing plant.
Upon completion, the facility will handle all phases of the manufacturing process, including body and powertrain assembly and paint operations. The new facility will be at Apex Industrial Park on Interstate 15.
Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce helped find, assemble and negotiate the land parcels necessary for the development. The land selection process spanned several states, and Mexico. The plant is anticipated to create 4,500 jobs for the state of Nevada.
