Fantini & Gorga Secures $34M Financing for Attleboro MF Project

Fantini & Gorga has secured $33.5 million loan for the development of One Wall Street Residences, a transit oriented 136-unit multifamily development in Attleboro.

Once completed, the five-story property will include 2,600 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor, as well as 150 parking spaces. The property is also nearby Attleboro’s Intermodal Transportation Center and Renaissance Station, which offers quick assess to Providence and Boston.

Casimir Groblewski and Lindsay Feig of Fantini & Gorga arranged a $22.5 million construction loan for the project through Cambridge Savings Bank on behalf of the borrower, a joint venture between Crugnale Properties, Arista Development and Campanelli.

The project is slated to be completed in spring 2021.
