Fantini & Gorga Secures $12M Loan for Affordable Housing Community in Lynn

Commercial mortgage banker Fantini & Gorga secured a $12.6-million loan for Marian Gardens, a 94-unit affordable housing community in Lynn, MA. Lynn is located approximately 12 miles northeast of Boston.

Built in the 1960s, the 14-building property consists of a collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom townhouse units. Amenities include a park, basketball court and a number of playgrounds. The property also includes a community room, which can be reserved for special events.

Tim O’Donnell, Jason Cunnane and Lindsay Feig of Fantini & Gorga arranged the loan on behalf of the undisclosed borrower. The lender was also undisclosed.
