Exterran Energy Takes Space at 11000 Equity Drive
Exterran Energy leased 58,857 square feet at 11000 Equity Drive in Houston. The 63,600-square-foot, Class A office building on Houston’s northwest side is part of Westway Park, a 150-acre master-planned office park. Eric Anderson and Tyler Garrett with Transwestern represented the landlord, The Seligman Group.
The building, which delivered in 2006, received Houston’s first LEED Gold certification for Core and Shell. It was one of the first office buildings to use Building Information Modeling (BIM) during the design and construction processes. Kirskey Architects is the designer of record.
According to Anderson, the building’s sustainable features and roof garden terrace appealed to the energy industry equipment manufacturer and distributor. “We are excited to secure an outstanding company such as Exterran as the anchor tenant at 11000 Equity,” he said.
