Execu|Search Group Renews for 28K-SF with Benefits

The Execu|Search Group signed an early lease renewal for 28,151 square feet of space at 675 Third Ave., an office tower in Midtown Manhattan.

“Our team… negotiated significant rent savings, as well as a complete renovation of the space,” said Robert Stella of Cresa NY, who with Barry Spagna and Jane Roundell arranged the lease renewal.

Execu|Search Group is the building’s largest tenant. By renewing the lease 18-months prior to the June 2019 expiration, Execu|Search is provided with the opportunity to upgrade its premises and receive substantial financial concessions and cost reductions. The asking rent was $65-per-square-foot.

Building owners the Durst Organization have also completed renovations of the lobby, plaza and common areas.
