Evoqua Water Inks Deal for Consolidation Space

Evoqua Water Technologies came to an agreement with EastGroup Properties to take down 107,000 square feet at 15414 International Plaza Dr., at the World Houston Business Center. The Pittsburgh-headquartered tenant currently occupies 45,000 square feet in the business park, with plans to consolidate three Houston-area locations in the new space in Q4 2018.

JLL’s David Buescher and Geoff Perrott represented Evoqua in the transaction. Logan Greer and Rives Nolen of InSite Realty represented EastGroup.

The industrial property, situated in Houston’s north industrial submarket, delivered in 1999. The facility includes 24-foot clear heights, 22 dock-high loading doors, a 4.5-acre fenced truck yard and 16,000 square feet of office space.

Evoqua provides water treatment solutions to municipalities and industrial customers, and has operations in Australia, Canada, China, Germany, Italy, Singapore, and the United Kingdom in addition to the U.S.

The Connect Industrial conference will take place July 11. For more information, or to register, log on here.
