Fisher Brothers has reached full occupancy at Park Avenue Plaza in Midtown Manhattan with expansions by existing tenants

Evercore Upsizes to 350k SF at Park Ave. Plaza

Evercore will substantially expand its footprint at Fisher Brothers’ Park Avenue Plaza, signing a lease that ultimately will encompass 350,000 square feet, up from 150,000 square feet at present. The banking advisory firm will consolidate operations into Park Avenue Plaza, as floors become available through 2023.

“Our business has grown substantially over the years and we continue to have strong momentum,” said Evercore CEO Ralph Schlosstein. “We are pleased to partner with Fisher Brothers in developing and implementing a strategy that allows us to bring our team together at Park Avenue Plaza.”

The firm has been a Park Avenue Plaza tenant since 2006. The renewal keeps its global headquarters there until 2034.

Fisher Brothers was represented in-house by Marc Packman and Charles Laginestra, and by a CBRE team including Howard Fiddle, Peter Turchin, Christie Harle, Roger Griswold and Benjamin Joseph. Evercore was represented by Colliers International’s Alan J. Desino.
