Etekcity Signs for 151K-SF Building at Anaheim Concourse

Voit Real Estate Services’s SVP Jack Faris has completed his sixth leasing assignment for client-tenant Etekcity Corporation with a 151,181-square foot lease at Anaheim Concourse valued at $9 million.

Etekcity will be the sole occupant of the building in the masterplanned industrial project located at 1202 N. Miller Street in Anaheim. Anaheim Concourse ownership was represented by Brad Bierbaum of CBRE.

According to Faris, he has watched Etekcity grow “from 12,000 square feet to over 150,000 square feet.”

Toronto-based Bentall Kennedy acquired Anaheim Concourse, a 965,255-square-foot industrial property in 2016. The infill development encompasses seven Class A industrial buildings.
