Essex Realty Brokers Albany Park Apartment Deal

Essex Realty Group has brokered the sale of 4944-46 N. Christiana Ave., an eight-unit, vintage apartment building located in the North Side’s Albany Park neighborhood. The property traded for approximately $1,702,500.

The unit mix consists of a pair of two-bed / two-bath garden apartments and six three-bed / two-bath apartments. Each apartment has in-unit laundry and individually-metered HVAC units that provide heat and air-conditioning to the units. Additionally, there are four garage parking spaces in the rear.

Steve Livaditis and Joe Scheck of Essex Realty were the brokers on the transaction.
