Essex Realty Brings Loyola Collection to Market

Essex Realty Group is offering a new, three-property mixed-use portfolio listing near Loyola University. The Loyola Collection features three new construction mixed-use properties along Devon Avenue.

The buildings feature large two and three-bedroom units, suitable for student housing, along with parking and first floor retail. Athletico, a national physical therapy center, currently occupies 3,203 square feet of first floor retail space at 1325 Devon Ave., while the other two buildings feature retail space recently vacated by the building’s developer and contractor to allow for sale.

“The Loyola Collection contains a remarkable 63 bedrooms and 46 bathrooms,” said Essex Realty’s Abe Elian, who is marketing the portfolio with colleague Matt Feo.  “These properties were intentionally and thoughtfully designed to attract students, who often prefer to live with roommates in order to split expenses.”

The buildings may be purchased as a portfolio or individually. The listing price is subject to offer.
