Essex Lists Properties in Rogers Park, Lakeview

Essex Realty Group has just listed two North Side multifamily properties for sale. In Rogers Park, Essex is marketing a 19-unit property at 7417-7427 N. Clark St. Asking price is $2.3 million.

“In today’s market, buyers are shying away from intense value-add opportunities,” said Clay Maxfield, one of the listing brokers. This is where 7417 N. Clark really shines as an excellent opportunity. The property hits right down the fairway for both dollar amount and workload that buyers feel comfortable pursuing in today’s economic environment.”

The firm is also marketing a six-unit property at 3812-3814 N. Wayne Ave. in Lakeview. Listed for $1.9 million, the property is coming to market for the first time in more than 40 years.

“This is an extremely low-maintenance property with very manageable expenses,” said listing broker Steve Livaditis. He added that its rents are below-market and it offers numerous value-add opportunities.
