esrp Expands Staff, Hires Jarrett Dunaway & Roy Reis

Dallas-based real estate brokerage company esrp expanded its staff by two, hiring Jarrett Dunaway as executive vice president and Roy Reis as vice president. Reis joins the firm from Transwestern, while Dunaway was previously with Mohr Partners Inc.

While with Mohr, Dunaway served as managing partner, and was involved with handling portfolios of corporate clients involved with the telecommunications and business process outsourcing industries. His specialty is tenant representation, and he’ll focus on strategic services and planning, site selection, lease negotiation and market research and analysis.

Reis spent four years at Transwestern, first as vice president, then senior vice president. During his tenure there, he managed the real estate holdings of corporate clients.  Before joining Transwestern, Reis was with Mohr Partners. In his new position, he’ll continue working with clients on their corporate business real estate strategies.
