Eric Turner Promoted to Lead JLL’s Portland Office

JLL promoted Eric Turner to Managing Director and Lead of the Portland office. He brings more than a decade of experience developing and executing corporate real estate and facility strategies, as well as driving data-driven innovation.

Buzz Ellis, former Lead of the JLL Portland office, decided to transition into a new role following JLL’s acquisition of HFF last year. Ellis will focus on expanding the firm’s capital markets services and expertise to clients in the Pacific Northwest region. “During this time of transition, Eric is uniquely positioned to lead the Portland office and build on the successes we have made over the last decade,” said Ellis.

Turner joined JLL in 2014 and has been a key player in driving major strategy shifts in the company’s technology practice and tenant representation group. He cultivated long-lasting relationships with some of the region’s most significant brands, including Vacasa, Simple, Zoominfo, Jama Software, Smarsh, SheerID, Mirador and Orchestra Software.
