Equitable Commercial Brokers Office Leases
Brokers with Equitable Commercial Realty (ECR) negotiated the following Austin-area leases.
- Di Iorio leased 2,574 square feet of medical office space at Water Leaf Medical Project, 5301 Davis Lane. The landlord was represented by Haley Smith and Matt Levin with ECR.
- A tenant leased 20,511 square feet at 8329 Cross Park Dr. Ryan Wilson with ECR represented the tenanat, and Zane Cole with JLL represented the landlord.
- Redpoint Insurance leased 5,849 square feet at Lake Pointe II, 11612 Bee Caves Rd. The landlord was represented by Patrick Ley and Haley Smith with ECR. This lease once again brings the property to 100% occupancy.
