Equinox Takes Over Development of Bunker Hill Hotel

One week after Related Co’s Equinox announced that they would begin development on a chain of hotels nationwide, it’s been announce that the first foray in to the LA market will be at The Grand, the Bunker Hill project also known as Parcel Q.

The Equinox hotel project replaces the SLS Hotel which had been previously planned to open in the space. The SLS project was scrapped earlier this year.

The new hotel has already announced it’s first two retail tenants: Equinox and SoulCycle. Equinox has a downtown LA location at 4th and Flower.
