EQ Office Partners with Star Chef on 1740 B’way Tenant Amenities

EQ Office formed a partnership with Michelin-starred chef John Fraser on tenant amenities at its 1740 Broadway tower. Fraser will create a restaurant in the building lobby and a café concept in the tower’s private tenant club. He’ll also oversee an in-building premium amenity and catering program.

This collaboration with EQ Office will be the first foray into the workplace for Fraser and his JF Restaurants team, which has formed partnerships with the Metropolitan Museum of Art, House of YES and the dining collection at Ian Schrager’s new Times Square EDITION Hotel.

“EQ Office is thrilled to partner with chef John Fraser to create a new kind of workplace,” said Simon Wasserberger, SVP, portfolio director at EQ Office. “John brings incredible hospitality experience and wisdom to an environment where hard-working New Yorkers need it most.”
