Energy-Sector Tenant Leases Five Floors at Former Anadarko Campus

Western Midstream Partners, LP signed a 133,948-square-foot lease at Howard Hughes Corporation’s (HHC) The Woodlands Towers at the Waterway.

The energy-sector tenant’s lease covers the top five floors of 9950 Woodloch Forest Dr., one of two towers in the former Anadarko Petroleum headquarters complex that HHC acquired from Occidental in late 2019.

Following this agreement, 9950 Woodloch Forest Dr. is now 35% leased, with HHC’s corporate headquarters set to relocate to the building later this year. HHC previously announced that the entire 808,000-square-foot 1201 Lake Robbins Dr. building in the complex has been leased for 13 years to Occidental.
