Elevate Credit Expands Spectrum Center Space
Elevate Credit doubled the size of its office from 26,000 to 52,000 square feet at the 614,000-square-foot Spectrum Center in Addison, TX. The credit services company currently occupies a full floor on the second level of the west tower. With the expansion, the tenant will occupy a full floor on the same level in the east tower. Granite Properties owns the property at 5080 Spectrum Dr.
Spectrum’s buildings are connected on the first and second floors, meaning Elevate Credit will create a “super floor,” according to Cushman & Wakefield’s Cribb Altman, who teamed with colleague Mike Wyatt to represent the tenant. Cushman & Wakefield’s Project and Development Services team will handle the expansion, with Kyle Griffith overseeing the project.
“We evaluated other options in the Legacy/Plano area, but Spectrum Center offered a unique opportunity for Elevate to expand into a super floor, with top-of-building signage off the Dallas North Tollway and Belt Line Road,” Altman said.
