Elements International Consolidates to Skyline Trade Center

Elements International Group inked an 88-month agreement with IDI Logistics for 487,200 square feet at the Skyline Trade Center, Building D, in Mesquite, TX. The tenant is a furniture wholesaler, and the space represents a consolidation of three locations currently in Rockwall, Houston and Garland, TX. In addition, the storage, warehousing and distribution facility at 2250 Skyline Dr. will be Elements’ new headquarters.

Matt Dornak and Ryan Wolcott of Stream Realty Partners represented IDI Logistics in the transaction. Nathan Lawrence of CBRE represented the tenant.

IDI Logistic’s Bryan Blasingame said that Skyline D represents the first speculative start in Mesquite for more than a decade. “Elements recognized a unique opportunity to consolidate their operations into a modern warehouse in close proximity to their existing facilities, while at the same time positioning their company for growth in a market demonstrating some of the best labor dynamics in the Metroplex,” he said.
