Eleganza Tiles Inks 60K-SF Lease

Eleganza Tiles Inc. signed an early long-term renewal for 60,092 square feet of industrial space, keeping its central U.S. distribution center in Dallas’ Tile Mile Park. Specifically, California-based Eleganza cut a new deal six months in advance of its lease expiration for its spot in the 192,368-square-foot ProLogis Dallas Corporate Center at 2230 LBJ Freeway.

Joe Santaularia and Brock Wilson with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant, which also has a retail store in Dallas’ Design District and four more distribution center-showrooms in the U.S. ProLogis in-house executive, Mitch Pruitt, represented the landlord, ProLogis MRA 1 LLC.

“Renewals have been happening much earlier in this market because landlords are pushing rents harder,” Santaularia said, adding that Valwood is a well-leased Dallas submarket. “As a result, it is creating competition for landlords working to renew tenants,” he noted.
