Eight Commit to Shops at Chisholm Trail Ranch

Eight retail outlets have already leased space at The Shops at Chisholm Trail Ranch, a 250,000-square-foot center under construction along the Chisholm Trail Parkway and McPherson Boulevard in a rapidly- developing part of Southwest Fort Worth.

Set to open in January 2020 are Old Navy, Marshalls, Ulta, Five Below, Famous Footwear, Tuesday Morning, and Resort Nails and Spa, David Copeland, principal of center broker Edge Realty, told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. Some 30-35 total spaces will be available, including seven restaurant pad sites.

Copeland said he expects The Shops to be full before the April 2020 grand opening.

The retail/restaurant center is part of the 600-acre Chisholm Trail Ranch development being developed by Dallas-based Stratford Land. Plans call for 2,650 single-family homes by 2021, and, eventually, more than 2,000 multifamily units.

The Shops at Chisholm Trail Ranch is the second major retail development along the five-year-old Chisholm Trail Parkway, a toll road between Fort Worth and Cleburne. The upscale Shops at Clearfork are nine miles north.
