Edgewood Place Nearly Completed, and 100% Leased

The Edgewood Place Apartments in Longview, TX are almost completed.  Furthermore, according to developers of the 74-unit property, which is situated on seven acres at 617 Clinic Dr., the complex is 100% leased.

Megan Lasch with Saigebrook Development told the Longview News-Journal that the quick lease-up was likely due to a lack of affordable housing in the city. “Out of 20 properties, we’ve never leased a property that quick,” she said, adding that the complex was fully leased within four weeks of application acceptance.

Saigebrook is also developing Alton Plaza at the Petroleum Building in downtown Longview. Lasch said applications for Alton Plaza will be accepted later this year.
