ECR, RESOLUTE RE Negotiate Austin-Area Deals
Equitable Commercial Realty (ECR) and RESOLUTE RE (formerly the Retail Solution) negotiated the following Austin-area transactions.
- AdAction Interactive leased 3,701 square feet of office space at Monterey Oaks, 5508 SH 290 W. The landlord was represented by Jason Steinberg and Rebecca Zigterman with ECR, and the tenant was represented by Mark Harris with JLL.
- Aeparmia Engineering leased 2,731 square feet at 9101 Burnet. The landlord was represented by Rebecca Zigterman and Matt Levin with ECR and the tenant was represented by Mishell Kneeland with Moxie Realty Group.
- Big Wind leased 2,586 square feet at Norwood Tower, 114 W 7th St. The landlord was represented by Jason Steinberg, Patrick Ley, and Haley Smith with ECR.
- Denary LLC leased 1,077 square feet of office space at the Hills Office Park, 4611 Bee Caves Rd. The Landlord was represented by Haley Smith and Hayden McCarty with ECR.
- F45 Training South Shore Austin leased 2,083 square feet at AMLI South Shore, 1620 E. Riverside Dr. Phil Morris and Kim Nordquelle of RESOLUT RE represented the landlord. Evan Deitch of Endeavor Real Estate Group represented the tenant.
- Gannett Flemming leased 1,030 square feet at 12710 Research. The landlord was represented by Rebecca Zigterman and Matt Levin with ECR, and the tenant was represented by Buddy Francese with Mutual Trust Corporate Real Estate.
- TTI Leased 4,668 square feet at Centennial Towers, 504 E. Huntland Dr. The landlord was represented by Matt Levin, Steve Pannes and Jason Steinberg with ECR. Levin, Pannes and Steinberg also represented the landlord in negotiating a 3,069-square-foot lease with the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners, and a 10,848-square-foot lease with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. Karly Gary with Don Cox Co. represented the tenants in both transactions.
