ECR Celebrates Second Year in San Antonio Office

ECR is celebrating its second year in business in the San Antonio market. Since opening the office in 2018, ECR has been steadily growing its business and team, most recently by adding brokerage advisor Ryan Metz and research analyst Michael Vazquez to the brokerage team.

Currently, ECR is handling the leasing of several notable projects, including Century Heights, owned by Braun Enterprises, a 187,718-square-foot building at 84 NE Loop 410. In addition, ECR leases the Dry Goods Building and the Aztec, two historic buildings in downtown San Antonio.

Matt Levin, founder of ECR, said, “We are very enthusiastic about our growth in the San Antonio market. We are building our team with extraordinary people to help expand ECR’s services geographically to the San Antonio region. Further, we greatly appreciate the client relationships we are building in the market and are working hard each day to reach their goals.”
