ECR Arranges Pair of San Antonio Leases

ECR San Antonio recently arranged a pair of office leases totaling more than 11,000 square feet. TriSMART Solar leased 5,002 square feet at Broadway Trade Center, while Cole Health took 6,474 square feet at 1202 E. Sonterra.

In the TriSMART deal, the tenant was represented by ECR’s Albert Vazquez and Patrick Ley. The property’s ownership was represented by Andrew Katzfey, Walter Simpson and Colton Perkins with Stream Realty Partners.

Ley and Vazquez also represented Cole Health at 1202 E. Sonterra. It’s a new location for the pediatric services provider, which also has location in Houston and San Marcos.
