Economic Incentives Expert Joins Colliers in Chicago

Bob Westover has joined Colliers International, Chicago as SVP—Central market leader in state and government incentives. In addition to expanding the department, Westover (pictured) will work with Colliers’ clients in the Central Region to negotiate and secure local and state economic credits and incentives.

Westover was most recently an SVP with Cresa, where he led the firm’s five-state Midwest economic incentives practice. Prior to Cresa, Westover spent more than 11 years in senior-level roles with the State of Illinois Department of Commerce.

“Our clients increasingly need assistance in this arena,” said Jim Carris, executive managing director and market leader for Colliers, Chicago. “Bob brings Colliers decades of experience in state and local incentives across the Midwest and U.S. When combined with his strong network of contacts, we can offer our client base a unique service and unparalleled expertise.”
