E-Commerce Company Claims 400K SF in Moreno Valley

Duke Realty signed a long-term, 400,935-square-foot lease with an undisclosed California-based e-commerce industry firm at 15810 Heacock St. in Moreno Valley, CA. The new state-of-the-art distribution center is situated on 19.14 acres along the I-215 Corridor and SR-60 freeway, near March Air Reserve Base.

Built in 2017, the LEED-certified building features cross dock loading, 36-foot minimum warehouse clearance, roughly 3,228 square feet of office space with a 12-foot ceiling, and two fully-secured truck courts.

NAI Capital’s Robert Stover, who handled the deal on behalf of the tenant, says, “This is a long time, valued client with whom I’ve worked since it was in its infancy. I’m proud to represent them now, and to see that they have become a world-wide enterprise with global capabilities.”

Cushman & Wakefield’s Chuck Belden, Phil Lombardo, Kyle Kehner and Tim Pimentel handled the listing for the landlord.
