Echelon I Welcomes Two New Tenants

Two tenants have joined Echelon I, a 64,000-square-foot, Class B office building on Austin’s far north side. The two leases totaled 22,845 square feet. David Putman, Ben Tolson and Seth Stuart of Aquila Commercial represented the landlord in the transactions, which are as follows:

• Morrison & Head LP leased 6,238 square feet. Matt Frizell and Kevin Granger with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

• Orbis Education Services leased 16,607 square feet. Brian Cheek with Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant.

Echelon I was built at 9430 Research Blvd., and is part of the four-building Echelon Office Park. The owner is listed as 183 Echelon LP, and has owned the asset for more than 20 years.
