EastGroup at it Again, Launches Construction on 278K-SF Northwest Crossing

Days after beginning work on World Houston 44, EastGroup Properties launched construction on another Houston-area industrial property. The development, Northwest Crossing, consists of three buildings, totaling 277,768 square feet at Interstate 290 and SH 6. The three dock-high buildings will be built concurrently, with completion anticipated during Q2 2020.

The multi-building configuration of the master-planned development will offer both multi-tenant and single-tenant lease opportunities for office/warehouse, light manufacturing, research & development and assembly. JLL’s Richard Quarles, Jarret Venghaus, and Geoff Perrott have the leasing assignment.

“Northwest Crossing will offer tenants the building features and amenities they need at a superb location just minutes from Northwest Freeway,” said EastGroup’s Kevin Sager.
