Eastdil’s David Milestone Joins Kevin Shannon at NGKF

NGKF Capital Markets has added another seasoned executive to its roster in Los Angeles. Working alongside West Coast President Kevin Shannon, David Milestone will serve as the firm’s executive managing director, and oversee debt transactions throughout the Western U.S.
After 12 years as a senior member with Eastdil Secured’s debt placement team, Milestone joins NGKF Capital Markets group with a long list of accomplishments. He has personally executed more than $30 billion worth of transactions throughout his career, and he played a pivotal role in growing Eastdil’s debt business to $60 billion annually.
“David is an important and strategic addition to our growing capital markets platform, and his multi-market experience will be an asset to all of NGKF’s capital markets professionals,”Kevin Shannon said.
