Dwight Hotchkiss Joins Lee as President of Inland Empire Offices

Lee & Associates expanded its leadership team with the appointment of Dwight Hotchkiss as President of its Riverside and Temecula offices. The veteran commercial real estate leader, who replaces David Illsley, brings a nearly three-decade CRE career in growing operations and developing talent.

Hotchkiss says, “I am excited about my new role as President of the Riverside and Temecula offices for Lee & Associates. There is an incredible depth of talent, and even more importantly, a great culture of appreciating every employee. I look forward to continuing to grow the talent through training and recruiting.”

Most recently, Hotchkiss served as President of Colliers’ Brokerage Services USA for nearly seven years, where he helped move the company from a franchise model to a nationally integrated platform. He was responsible for brokerage services encompassing 23 national practice groups and more than 600 brokers. He also concurrently served as National Director of Colliers’ Industrial Services group for more than four years.

During his more than 20 years at Cushman & Wakefield, Hotchkiss served as Executive Managing Director of its U.S. industrial business line, Senior Managing Director and Branch Manager of its DTLA office, and Senior Managing Director of its Western Region U.S. industrial platform. He started his CRE career as a broker at Cushman & Wakefield in 1990.
