Duke to Develop Headquarters BTS in Master-Planned Arbor Lakes Park
Duke Realty will develop a 277,222-square-foot office and industrial property for candle manufacturer Illume that will serve as Illume’s new headquarters. The build-to-suit will be located in Duke’s master-planned Arbor Lakes Business Park, adjacent to the Arbor Lakes shopping district in the Twin Cities suburb of Maple Grove, MN.
Duke VP Josh Budish said the BTS, which will include 20,000 square feet of office space and 75,000 square feet to accommodate light manufacturing, will help Illume consolidate its operations from multiple locations. “In addition, the site’s rare combination of location and amenities will provide Illume with the opportunity to attract new employees to accommodate its planned growth.”
Bill Ritter with Colliers International represented Illume in the transaction, while Duke Realty was represented by Dan Swartz with CBRE and Budish.
