Duke Pre-Leases 1M-SF SoCal Logistics Facility, Commences Development on Another
Duke Realty Corporation signed a long-term lease for an entire logistics building currently under construction in Perris, CA. The Indianapolis-based firm also started development of another bulk distribution facility, also in Perris, a key industrial market in Southern California’s Inland Empire region.
An unnamed tenant claimed Duke’s one-million-square-foot building at 4375 N. Perris Ave. (pictured), well before its anticipated delivery in Q2 2020. The company’s next logistics development at 4501 Patterson Ave., which will total 800,218 square feet, is projected to deliver in the second half of 2020 and is available for lease.
Duke’s Nancy Shultz says, “Perris continues to be a preferred location in the Inland Empire East for companies looking for large blocks of modern distribution space because of its proximity to the I-215 and business-friendly environment.”
