Duke Inks 475K-SF in Leases at Trio of Chicago Properties
Duke Realty Corporation signed two new leases and one renewal for space totaling 475,474 square feet in three buildings in its 14 million-square-foot Chicago metro area industrial portfolio. Duke was able to backfill vacated space in two buildings, and retained a long-term tenant in another property. The leases bring all three buildings to 100% occupancy.
New leases include:
- 126,450-square-foot new lease with Unipart Logistics at Crossroads 2, a 289,920-square-foot building located at 2 Gateway Court in Bolingbrook
- 110,960-square-foot new lease with Grunt Style at Carol Stream 640, an 188,030-square-foot building at 640 Center Avenue in Carol Stream
- 238,064-square-foot renewal with Champion Transportation Services at 200 Champion Way in Northlake.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jason West represented Unipart Logistics in its lease, while NAI Hiffman’s Stephen Connolly and Mark Moran represented Duke Realty.
Colliers International’s Brian Kling and Reed Adler represented Grunt Style and the landlord.
Champion Transportation was represented by Harley Korman with Korman/Lederer & Associates in its renewal.
