Duke Executes 1.1M-SF Leasing Activity in Cincy
Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corporation’s Cincinnati office signed more than 1.1 million square feet of leases in the third quarter of 2017, bringing the total for the year to 2.5 million. This volume resulted from new leases with several companies, as well as expansions and renewals by existing tenants.
Duke’s Dan Colletto says, “We continued to see ongoing interest in our Cincinnati properties from both new and existing tenants in the second half of the year.”
Leases signed at four Cincinnati area properties include:
Union Centre Industrial 5855: 211,444-square-foot new lease with an energy management and automation specialist
Mosteller 11400: 206,400-square-foot new lease with independent aerospace maintenance, repair and overhaul provider
Union Centre Industrial 6019: 361,875-square-foot lease renewal and expansion with Aero Fulfillment
World Park Union Centre 9451: 321,464-square-foot lease renewal with Valvoline
