Duke Brings Flower Mound Industrial to 100% Leased
Duke Realty’s Dallas office signed a 185,344-square-foot lease at Lakeside Ranch 1001 in Flower Mound with Communication Test Design, Inc. (CTDI), an engineering, repair and logistics company in the communications industry. The 634,564-square-foot building at 1001 Lakeside Pkwy. is now 100% leased, with the balance occupied by PPG Architectural Finishes.
Brokers on the deal included Lee & Associates’ Ken Wesson; Jackson Cross’ John Morrissey; and Craig Jones, Tom McCarthy and Fred Ragsdale with JLL, the listing agent for the property
In addition to its lease with CTDI, the Dallas office recently renewed five existing tenants in leases totaling about 1.5 million square feet, with Duke’s Matt Hyman representing ownership.
“Our team continued to work diligently through the shelter-in-place order to ensure that our DFW-area tenants have the space they need to continue their operations,” said SVP Jeff Thornton.
